All services provided by SalonyHosting.com are to be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Local law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, material that jeopardizes national security, or material protected by trade secret or other laws. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SalonyHosting.com, from any claims resulting from the subscriber's use of Salony Hosting's services which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Examples of prohibited content or links include (but are not limited to):

» IRC Software
» Pirated software
» Hacking programs or archives
» Warez Sites
» Distribution of music files or any other material in which the account        holder does not own the copyright.
» Adult Sites
» Game Servers (dedicated game server programs)

Salony hosting.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Content that does not meet these standards will be removed without prior notice to the subscriber.

Background Processes. Unauthorized background processes shall result in immediate termination of the account. SalonyHosting.com maintains the right to cancel accounts at its discretion.

Traffic will go unmonitored until you reach your quota. Thereafter, you will be asked to upgrade to the next available plan and/or pay for excess of usage. You will receive a notice detailing your bandwidth usage. You will have 7 days to upgrade to the next available plan and/or pay for excess of usage. If you do not upgrade to the next available plan your site will be disabled within 7 days of your first notice.

The customer will be e-mailed a notice once an additional amount is assessed to the customer account. Warnings will not be sent to notify customer that the limit has been reached or exceeded. This term and condition is non-negotiable.

Salony Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision

In order for us to be able to contact you, you must accept e-mail addressed to the default e-mail address provided to you at the time of registration.

In addition Salony Hosting will hold you directly liable for the costs involved in the resolution of any issues resultant from the sending of spam from your account, either as direct abuse of your account or incorrect configuration of scripts that are abused by third parties. We will bill you at £50 per hour for the time involved in this resolution.

We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms, without approving it with Salony Hosting. Most chat rooms tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option.

We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one-to-one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

You are aware that agreed payments will be charged to your credit card automatically. Salony Hosting accepts payments in US$ only, there fore the exchange rate of Pound to US DOLLAR will apply at the time of charging the credit card.

Salony Hosting is a division of Salony Creations, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Credit Card statement will show details of the transaction as Salony Creations, as all the accounting for Salony hosting is taken care by Salony Creations.

All invoices will be sent to you via e-mail only, to the default address given at the time of registration.

You understand and agree that Salony Hosting shall not be responsible for any charges or expenses that you may incur resulting from overdrawing your bank account or exceeding your credit card limit as a result of an automatic or manual charge generated by us pursuant to this authority.

Salony Hosting will use its commercially reasonably efforts to provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Subscriber acknowledges that from time to time the services may be inaccessible or inoperable for various reasons, including periodic maintenance procedures or upgrades ("Scheduled Downtime"); or service malfunctions, and causes beyond Salony Hosting's control or which are not reasonably foreseeable by Salony Hosting, including the interruption or failure of telecommunications or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, or network congestion or other failures. Salony Hosting will provide at least 48 hours advance notice to the subscriber for Scheduled Downtimes, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any other disruption, inaccessibility and/or in operability of its web servers. Salony Hosting has no responsibility for downtime resulting from a user's actions.

Salony hosting reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by Salony hosting if Salony hosting institutes its right of cancellation. Refunds won't be applied for yearly plans unless you upgrade your plans, the credit of old plan will be credited toward the new plan. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be asked customer to pay (i.e. transfer, space etc.). Salony hosting must be notified by client at least 3 days before billing cycle for cancellation of service for Shared Hosting and at least 2 months in advance for Reseller Hosting. If your credit card has been charged, you must be responsible for payment of that month/year(as the case may be).

NOTE: For reseller plans, please pay attention on features we provide, if you have questions before signing up, please contact us. If you sign up by mistake on features we offer, and your account has already been set up, your refund won't be granted, $30 set up fee might be applied if your refund is granted within 30 days. If you order wrong plan, we'll be happy to switch to different plan at no charge.

We do not make implied or written warranties for any of our services.

We deny any warranty or merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by us.

You will not use any of our facilities to violate any law. In the event you violate existing law, we retain the right to terminate all service set forth in this agreement. In the event we are informed by government authorities of inappropriate or illegal use of our facilities or other networks accessed through us, we may terminate customer's service.

We will cooperate fully with investigations of violation of systems or network security at other sites.

We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of possible criminal violations.

Customers who violate systems and/or network security may incur in criminal or civil liability.

For clients with multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts should any one account violate these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend our policies or terms and conditions at any time and will give 14 days' notice of this to the e-mail address we hold for the customer.
